**Position Overview:**
We are currently hiring CDL and Non-CDL Owner Operators, both with and without
authority, to be an integral part of our team. As an independent contractor with
Paradise Garden Group, you will enjoy competitive earnings, flexible schedules, and
a supportive environment.
**Owner Operators – Own Authority:**
– 90% of the load gross
– No Escrow charge
– Weekly administrative fee of $150 (Factoring, Safety, Fleet, and ELD Support)
– OTR All of USA/Bi-Weekly Home Time
– No forced dispatch
– Fuel Card with Discounts
– Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit
– Referral Bonuses
– 1099 Pay
**Owner Operators – Under our Authority & Insurance:**
– 85% of the load gross
– No factoring fees
– Fuel Card with Discounts
– Weekly $300 fee (General Liability Insurance)
– Escrow:
1- $250 per week × 10 first weeks + $2500 Down Payment
2- $4500 Down Payment
– ELD device and support Fee $65
– OTR – 48 states/Bi-Weekly Home Time
– No Forced Dispatch
– Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit
– Referral and Safety Bonuses
– 1099 Pay
**Requirements:**
– Minimum of 3 months of verifiable OTR driving experience
– NO SAP/NO DUI/NO MOVING VIOLATIONS
– Box truck not older than 2014

You’re the boss, and with our short onsite orientation, you can pick up your first load
the same day! Our office is conveniently located in Orlando, Florida.
